enough of the jargons lets get straight here. first of all i would love to welcome you all to this great site which consists of my current situation as a student of psychology at the enugu state university of science asnd technology E.S.U.T. Enugu state Nigeria.i would love you all to know some of my experience and also my research works as an undergraduate student of psychology. A nd as i progress in my field of study i would love to share the few knowledge i have aquired in this great field of study.
My name is Iheanacho Udo Precious a native of Eastern Nigeria. I first had a knowledge of psychology first in my senior secondary school school two (S.S 2) . which is equivelent to high school graduation year. i became too inquisitive to know more about this discipline called psychology. I wrote my S.S.C.E exams afterwards. then wrote the University tertiary matriculation exam and gained admission to study psychology at the first state university in Nigeria. This did not go down well with so many of my friends as a result of the low popularity of the course in Nigeria as a result of poor and low orientation. I understood the reason for this and as such devoted my time to study and understand this particular field of study and try my best to make as much people as possible aware of this discipline. In Nigeria you can be acknowledged by being in a professional discipline such as law,medicine, engineering e.t.c or being a good soccer player or being in the entertainment industry. Nobody ever give a fuck about psychology or sociology no matter the importance of this disciplines that are vital to the human society and are kind of a necessary for a better society. In Nigeria, the poor knowledge of this discipline gave me a sense of worry so i decided to orient and inform as much pepole as i can for them to see the rational behind this wonderfull discipline that every individual should have an idea of. Not only to inform and orient, this site also has a function to update and provide journals and other aid materials to students of psychology in their endevour to become psychologists. you can check here for journals and also seek help in case of any difficultty you may encounter as a result of your research in the field of psychhology.
